This FAQ section aims to offer clarity on the ContentGrade review process and objectives. Below, you can find some of the frequently asked questions that we collected from our customers. You may find the answer to your questions as well. 

What is this website’s main objective?

Before making any decisions to order a writing service these days, customers check the service provider from different angles. Therefore, they check for any available reviews on the company they want to work with. They can find various sites that offer general reviews. But, there are also some sites that get into more detail. We built ContentGrade with a clear idea in our minds. So, we focus on offering our customers objective and clear information on the company’s writing services. As we strive for perfection, we review writing services only.

1. How do you choose the writing providers to review?

None of our team members makes the decision alone. We always discuss together and make the final decision about the next company that we are going to review. In some cases, we receive requests from our customers who either had a great experience with that service or, on the contrary, were totally disappointed with it. In other cases, we hear about a company online or in discussions with other stakeholders, and we conclude that we should review it. Other sites with reviews and social media are our main sources of information. Therefore, if you have a company in your mind that you couldn’t find in our list, then you shouldn’t hesitate to contact us.

2. How does your review process look like?

We don’t make any compromise on the criteria followed in our reviews. Thus, we use the same factors and criteria in all of them. Based on the information collected we make an objective summary. In addition, we encourage our customers to send us their ratings, as well. As we like transparency, we publish them also.

When we write our summaries, we use the following strategy:

• We attentively read all website pages to identify the services/products provided, details on the writers’ expertise, price range, opportunities, etc. We pay additional attention to how the web content is written and structured. We carefully check the sentences structure, grammar, the ways the words are being used. As we are reviewing a website that claims to work with native writers, we expect the highest quality level.

• We continue our research to identify the customers’ opinions on the services or products they received from the writers.

• We also check the available procedures and policies to understand how the company treats customers and protects them.

• As we want to check the service quality from different angles, we also order a content piece. Thus, we manage to analyze the customer experience from the beginning until the end. This exercise helps us get a clear view of the quality delivered, staff responsiveness, the writer’s capacity to follow the instructions and meet the agreed deadline.

Based on the information collected after following this process, we create the review and ask our readers/visitors to share their thoughts with us.

3. Are visitors allowed to comment on your site?

One of our targets is to encourage our visitors to submit their comments on our site. Even though we make extensive research for the companies we decide to review, we also need the customers’ opinions. Therefore, we get improved information quality based on the clients’ experience. Any customer who wants to post his/her opinion on our site should read the section dedicated to terms and conditions.

4. Do you offer additional services apart from reviews?

The answer to this question is yes. On the ContentGrade site, you will also find a blog, which includes interesting content on topics related to writing and content marketing. Also, we accept contributors outside of our network to write for our blog. Any contributor who meets our conditions and standards and is interested to write an article for our blog is more than welcome to do it.
